I began my appraisal training in 2018, completing over 2,000 hours of supervised experience before becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2021. I specialize in rural and complex properties, where market data often requires deeper analysis and local expertise.

I am an approved FHA appraiser and provide a full range of residential appraisal services, including pre-listing appraisals, divorce and estate matters, retrospective valuations, and date-of-death appraisals. My goal is to deliver credible, well-supported reports that clients, lenders, and legal professionals can rely on.

I am a member of both the Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers and the Rocky Mountain Appraisers Association, and I stay committed to continuing education and current market standards.
